President and founder of TRIFLEX Corporation, Don earned his MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1973.

Don entered the life insurance business in 1975 and in 1976 expanded his insurance practice to include employee benefits consulting and insurance services.  When the Proposed Section 125 Regulations were published in 1986, Don immediately recognized the potential of the "Flexible Benefits" market and made the decision to specialize in Flexible Benefits Planning.  Attending numerous courses and workshops in the late 1980s and early 1990s he developed a habit of constant research and education and became a recognized leader in the field.  Don worked extensively with the Employer's Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) serving on their Ethics Committee (1987-94) and Executive Committee (1991-93).  As a member of the Ethics Committee, Don co-authored the ECFC Administrator's Guide with other top professionals.  Don has spoken on Benefit Plan Design and Strategies throughout the nation.  He been VP of Programs and VP of PAC and is current VP of Education for the San Diego Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Vice President brings 28 years of sales and management experience to TRIFLEX. Since 2000, Sandie has focused her efforts on benefits communication, training, enrollment and case management for broker clients. She has extensive job related benefits experience and attends numerous seminars each year on Section 125, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA and other benefits related issues. She has managed the enrollment of benefit plans in a broad variety of industries and brings strong people and training skills to TRIFLEX. Sandra is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
